Have you go into Setting->Whited00r Settings->Features and enable folders? Also have you hit the apply changes button once you finished enabling folders?

You use redsn0w to enter DFU mode so iTunes will acept the Whited00r 7 firmware.

Simply follow the instructions that were bundled with the download (open the Tutorial.html and click the link to open it up).  It tells you to enter PWNED DFU mode first :)
Also, read this for how to upgrade properly if you want to retain data:

Did you set up as a new device in iTunes or restore from a backup in iTunes to get your data back?  Hard reset the device by holding down the home/power button at the same time until the device shuts down, and then turn it back on. Don't worry, it doesn't delete any person data or anything, just clear out the "brain" of the device a little bit.
Also, try disabling the iOS 7 style app switcher and Sara, to see if that fixes the random crashing :)

Sorry supporting extra devices mean that the DEV team have to re-code and put a TONN more effort into keeping these projects up to date. So sorry we will not support these devices...

I got it working, i had changed the touch sensibility because i couldn't move the round switches, but then i couldn't reach control center anymore. lowered the touch then got it back. thank you! :) but sometimes i just experience springboard crashes, and at one particular moment, when turning device off, it wont turn off, it crashes

Have you disabled Sara and the iOS 7 Style app switcher like I suggested?

That sort of thing really would be best as a Cydia tweak, and a paid one at that. In fact, whited00r should be paid too ;)  Don't complain about free stuff and what we decide to code at the moment and not. It's not easy by any means, and we do it for free.
