maybe you didn't understand the subject , but it's OK
the original file is iso file  so i put it in rar file just to split it ok so you need to download all the parts and the problem will be solved
i did not make all apps in individual winrar parts because i just want to keep ORIGINALITY of the file because it's not mine i just bought it from local store and i just uploaded it

use Ultraiso to read the extracted file... burn it into DVD or do whatever you want

the links in that site are dead or trying to get money and there is no filter for the Apps even the windows Apps are included ...

If you have that popup, save the file and then sync it with iTunes to your device. You need to either be on whited00r or have app sync installed!  Don't install app sync on whited00r though as it already has it, just not listed in Cydia as being installed.

OK don't worry just put the parts in the same folder and just select one file "ex:part01"" and extract it and all parts will extract automatically

so there is an failure on the upload  please tell me witch server you used for the download to fix it .. the problem is in the upload not your device maybe there is other corrupt files  please notify me if you have a problem and answer me witch server you used...

and all files should have the same name just change the numbers ""i did a mistake when i changed the file name ""

oh so you downloaded the files from two different servers  ... the names of files are not the same

try to rename the downloaded files

all the file must have the same name like this

application ios 3.x.x DVD1.part17.rar
.
.
.
application ios 3.x.x DVD1.part25.rar

hope it will work for you... i did mistake when i changed names and you did mistake when you changed the server
