There are two tweaks that cannot be turned off by the whited00r settings.  That would be the lock screen tweak, and the UI tweak. Both of which are more needed than all the others to actually use the device with all the modified graphics we put in. The UI tweak more than the rest though, because all other tweaks rely on it pretty much, and without that, there is lots of white on white text. :(

But in some cases, I actually managed to make these things show up without going safemode but I don't know how it changed and it seem it doesnt affect anything else but when I respring or reboot it goes back to the plain white one. And with that stuff happening I don't think this bug is related to the tweaks.

I'm not sure how you managed to get it to change without rebooting or respringing, because the device needs you to do that to even register changed images :s

It is the UI tweak though, it just doesn't always kick into effect for certain buttons, and that is part of  bug we are trying to figure out ;) When we figure that out, we know we can modify all the buttons and thus we can properly theme them as well, via the tweak and make it look like iOS 7.

I tried replacing image with a total different image but when I tried, the change didn't show up wonder why.

@aleksandar2507 what was the image file name? The one I'm changing is the UITableNextButton but it seems its the wrong image. But there's no other image file in the artwork file that is the same.
