Hey hey, welcome oh great Soltmeal! ;)

Uhm....  May want to shrink that image down slightly... Rather intimidating.

hi i just want to ask where will i find the _MACOSX?

Don't worry about that folder/file, that's just what OS X decides to make on the file system. Sort of like linux's ~filename.png backup system.  Annoying to say the least.  Also ignore the .DS_Store files.

It won't have any effect. It just wastes space...

Not much space at all, really I think they are empty files pretty much.  Don't sweat it, it isn't an issue :)

Oh do I overlay an image over the blurred version of the background?  If so then yeah, no worries there :3  Been a while since I messed with the code for it.  (unless you are trying to do some hacky thing of injecting your own views into the control center for putting that in place :s )

Yeah, I realized that is what I used still over the blurred image. That is very easy to do then :)

* Sorry for the double response *
I been working on this a little while now and it's starting to look good I did this to show that this can be done in whited00r
All i did is edit the images using getpaint.net and the gray was black with a transparency if 50 ( I would recommend lower) and the white was white with a transparency of 50 ( I would recommend higher )

I would lighten the gray a little more and whiten the white a little more and I can't get rid of third rings because it will take a long time and I need to do some home work ... So yeah
