Just a heads up but we tried to recreate the iOS 7 lock screen in the betas of whited00r. However this broke things and it didn't look nice so we removed it. So you can try but you may have issues.
I'm not trying to put you off. It's just posting what @Bruan found out when mucking around ;)

The actual keypad position/size, or the dots above it for the passcode entry?  I'm guessing you mean the latter.  You can't change anything without a custom made tweak in those areas.  Image editing won't change the size of the actual view that holds it. You will just end up with a squished image.

You can't change the size or position of anything there without a custom made tweak, and even then it is messy and complicated to get it looking nice.

You will have to make one, tweaks eat up ram so idk if it's worth it

No, there isn't. (hence the custom made tweak bit :( )  Well, at least not for 3.1.3 anyway.  I think maybe some things from iOS 6+, but nothing helpful for us :(

Does Whited00r 7.1 is buggy or less buggy. I'm just curious because I'm done with whited00r 6.

Whited00r 7.1 is less buggy than Whited00r 7, but it is debatable if less buggy than whited00r 6.  It certainly has more features and more failsafes and higher quality tweaks, but it has a couple crippling bugs (incoming call crashes is a big one that a lot of people have, but that's pretty much the only crashing bug)
