Unless he codes everything in it shouldn't take but more than a few minutes. (I used to create forums and create websites for other people). Its pretty easy if you know what your doing. Depends on what kind of web builder he's using as well. Mine... you could replace the images in the forum template, etc.

P.s. Extreamsoft is the name of the theme. I can remove it, but where do you see it? I thought i already had removed it
