Download the firmware corresponding to your device/preferences. Plug up you device, in iTunes hold down shift while clicking restore. Then select the firmware you downloaded and set up as a new phone. Reboot twice after install.
Did you not click the link??

There's nothing to be afraid of, install the FW and set up as a new phone, then reboot twice after install

Normal is if you have a legit iTunes sim card for activation
Unlocked is for if you want to hactivate it(You don't have a sim card)

I do not think I have a Sim card Ituns.
But I have a regular cell phone's SIM I talk to uses it on the device.
So what do you mean I have to choose?

and What's different between Full and Lite?

FUll has all the features < Recommended and lite has nothing really installed.

Download unlocked because it will save you the hassle :)
