ok..i look it up.
random icon switcher simply let the icons on the springboard flip around
and page pusher changes the transitions when you go through pages in the settings app. instead the slide transition it looks like you turn to a next page( like a paper sheet)
to do that you need to use mobilesubstrate and up to now i believe there are none that can do that
