PSX4all
« on: August 26, 2011, 01:30:00 AM »
Has anyone managed to get PSX4all working on whited00r?

I have installed it, the dependancies, and the BIOS, but when I run a game, Nothing appears on the screen (apart from the controller) I can exit to the ISO list, but again, nothing appears on the virtual screen, not even a "Licensed by Sony" or similar…

Ummm, help?

for some games the emulator takes to long to load the beginning sequence(like final fantasy).
i solved this by making a save game on the pc with pcsx if i remember right and copied it to the psx4all folder and ran this savestate

This wasn't the problem, but I fixed it anyway… Using iFile I noticed the permission were set to not allow executing, so I changed the first line of permission to read, write, and execute… (0755) And now the bios logo appears as well as the disclogo…

And I'm able to play driver!

Now to get Dead or Alive again… :))

But I'm to busy listening to a selection of my large library of Pokémon OSTs…
