However, there's nothing important in the settings app.
It's basically to enable or disable icons in the statusbar and to put animations on/off.

There are not actual themes for it, I believe.

i got settings app when install notified legacy two times and hard reboot then app came
no themes i know but i can theme this if would know where all stuff lies for notified slider

i found every icon n labeller but cant find background which is white when we slide down statusbar

Notified actually does not have many images, to make it more speed efficient

i had already sked him about 3.x version of notified [maybe he took that up and made it 3.x compatible]
and i also asked him about images...but he told me the same that he wants speed...
i asked him if i can edit images ,but he didnt reply -,-

yes on notified wiki its written themes were removed for speed and performance, well we can make theme which has reduced size pics and SSh to device where is files located i could do it as i did already but cant find all necessary files on iPhone

The background color is somewhere in the .nib file, it doesn't use an image. So the best we can do is make it gray.

There is no image, durr… its just a UIWindow… UIWindows are white…
