redd00r Release Date
« on: November 16, 2011, 08:52:05 AM »
Hey guys, got an iPT 2G waiting to jump into a new custom firmware!  Just wondering how long it should be before redd00r is released.  Is it worth installing wd 5 onto it first while I wait?  P.s. It is currently on 4.2.1 :)

Thanks

redd00r will be only available on devices that support official iOS 4, since it's based on it.

iPhone 2G and iPod 1G will not be supported, iPhone 3G and iPod 2G.

Hi there!

(my name is Lucas, and I'm french.)

My iPhone 3G is currently under WD5, and it is really fast, I even overclocked it. Sometimes it bugs, but it's not a problem since it is usual for iPhone 3G users!

I can't wait for the RedD00r release, I would like to know the release date of it, please. (I'm ready to test the beta software if you want...)
I saw the presentation of redd00r, and there's something I didin't understand : what about that Notification Center? Is it going to be the same one as iOS ? It would be great...

Two things. First, we don't have a way to get ios5 notification center on ios4 or ios3. However we are working on a notification center with similar functions.

Redd00r will be released after wd5, which at the current development rate, should be out by around Christmas..

I possibly have tried ALL tweaks for iPhone 3G, there is NO overclock for it, all that i know is that, if you delete the powermanagement plist, the phone might respond quicker, but it won't overclock, the phone does heat up some too.
