i solved it :-) .i downgraded FW to 3.1.2 via itunes but it had 1015 error, and puts iphone into recovery mode.you can fix that with recboot, both - it fix error 1015 and puts iphone out of recovery mode i got no sevice,wifi,3g all fixed.i hope it helps someone...ps i am on windows 64bit , recboot also have mac and linux OS so choose the one you have.
