Is 5.1 even worth it?

I have an iphone 2g and my iphone with the WD 5.0 Rc version is working well... Are there significant changes that make the 5.1 release superior to the RC versions? Thank you

in what areas did you notice a speed difference? comparing both from a fresh restore ofcourse.

The only new features (that I have seen) since the rc are:
Updated newsstand and reminders
New Not working iCloud settings thing
Downgraded Configurator to Terminal Version
Downgraded AppStore to 3store
