Until now I've tried 3 different computers, 1 mac book pro, 1 mac book and 1 PC with windows with the same results...
I think the problem isn't related ONLY with Whited00r but ALSO just upgrading the firmware (I can't update to 3.1.2 in anyway)
What can I do? Do you know how to fix the problems I've told you?

Hmm… I never played around with jailbreaking iTouches or any other iPhones than 3G and 2G… Can't you upgrade to stock 3.1.2?

When I try updating to 3.1.2 via iTunes I receive the error saying that my device is not eligible for upgrade
When I try doing it in Recovery Mode (or DFU mode setted by iReb) I receive 1600 or 1604 error, apparently in a random fashion

Why not try RedD00r? :( I know, I'm bastard, but I don't know how to help you, cause I have zero experience in things like that :(

I tried also using TinyUmbrella (to change the server that iTunes uses when upgrading the firmware) but nothing changes :(
Do you mean this or any other way to update?

No. That TinyUmbrella way. :( I don't know what next, but maybe upgrade to 4.2.1 using iTunes and try to downgrade?

I thought to that option too, but I'm afraid that after the upgrade I won't be able to downgrade... and anyway I don't know if that solution could solve my problem...
Is it possible that  no one else can suggest me any other idea to solve?
I really want to try whited00r but I don't know why it seems impossible :(

I'm 99% sure that upgrading MB model to 4.2.1 won't disallow downgrade.

I'm quite sure about the same... the only problem is that I'm not sure at all if this procedure (upgrade to downgrade later) can help me to solve for the installation of Whited00r...
Do you think that upgrade to downgrade could be the solution?

Can't you just use redd00r with manual backgrounding? And I'm quite sure this will help…
