Hey guys! ;D
Apple has discontinued the 3rd gen iPod touch 3G an iPad (original). Are there an plans on porting whited00r to iOS 5.1.1 and bring iOS 6 features such as Clock for iPad, Apple Maps, Facebook implementation, "Do not Disturb" (that already exists in Cydia  :) ) and new iPod app. I think it is possible with limera1n exploit+rocky racoon, since rocky racoon applies the "iOAESacclerator enable UID" patch that allows read/write on kernel memory. When the public iOS6 release is out, perhaps you can make the deb fetch the required applications and files fro the OTA update zip.

Thanks!

Honestly I think my iPad 1 doesn't need any speed tweaks but it could use some of the newer features.

Well the devices that have more storage tend to be a bit faster than those that have less I removed a lot of unneeded files from mine and removed a lot of launch daemons and disabled multitasking the biggest thing that helped me was disabling the Com.apple.powered.plist daemon it limits processer speed when battery is being used

We used to have a process to approve "How To" guides… Seems to have gone the way of the dinosaur…

Some of the 'Guides' that get posted there are just of the lowest quality...

We need a Whited00r Manual ;)
