its hidding just get the chrome browser and get browser changer from cydia and set chrome as your default browser trust me its a lot faster than safari.

Maybe it was renamed? Or removed from the capabilities string O.o  that's weird.

Yes the problem is opera mini, i removed and now i have safari in preferences. (but safari is so slow)

Try installing opera mini again and see if that still happens

Then it was not opera Mini to blame might be something else you installed that might of had a conflict and maybe a reboot or respring fixed it
Using Whited00r 5.1.2 on my EPIC iphone 2G

Chrome is only 4.3 and up compatible =( Maybe Opera changes a plist.
