I've adapted the iOS Search tool to several countries including China. I am not familiar with Chinese text entry, so please let me know if this works. Thanks.

Moderator Note: If you want to know how to use it. A tutorial will come in Chinese... Soon...

Thank You! It works perfectly!!
But can you also add Taiwan and HongKong.
The suffix for the countries are: tw and hk

The search terms are exactly the same, just need to add in them.

Also, when you do, I will modify this post as a tutorial in Chinese ;)
Oh yes. Hi.
I see you've noticed this Signature. Well, all I can tell you is that there's nothing to see here.
Yes, there is nothing interesting here. Just keep scrolling and we'll pretend nothing happened.

I'm having some issues with Hong Kong. I get more results with English boilerplate terms than Chinese, but frankly both are terrible compared to what's available in the China iTunes store. Do you know if people in Hong Kong can use the regular China iTunes store?

No unfortunately, they are separate stores. HongKong people cannot access China iTunes Store.
Also, have you added Taiwan yet??

Yeah, I added a couple more countries. At some point the list is going to get ungainly. I decided to add the some of the country names in their own language so people who don't speak English would have a better shot at using it. I'm no expert in traditional vs. simplified Chinese; I just pasted what was in Wikipedia.

Also, I'm hoping that the problems I mentioned are a temporary glitch with Google's indexing which improves with time. The results for the US did improve with time.
