It's the same performance..... same RAM and ARMv6 processor.  The only worthy upgrade is a 3GS, I used my friend's iPhone 4 and I was in heaven

i have a question

why a Iphone 3G with 4.2.1 with JB and Multitaking is faster than a Iphone 2G with the WD 4.2 FW ?

the Iphone 3G with 8GB open Folders much faster then my Iphone 2G 16GB  and Contakts ect.. not much but 1-2sek. is the Iphone 3G faster :/

how i can do to Boost my Iphone 2G ?? i miss some "hard-Tweaks" like GraphicsDriver mod (have allready see in in Windows Mobile and my Topaz) or may Cancell unneedet thinks (debugger) ?

It is obvious...The New technology is better than the old one...3G and iphone 4 has faster processor and higher memory...so it works faster than the 2g.

XD the Iphone 3G and the Iphone 2G had EXACTLY the same CPU and Ram , so now tell me why the 3G is Faster ...

i think more that the 4.2.1 are better Optimized and the 3.1.3 is to old :/

i dont think this becoz folders and still in BETA same goes for multitasking. besides 4.2.1 is legit thing with intelligent ppl behind it. where as whited00r has matt(which all love for his contribution)

But you know if Apple had Matt and Darlo working for them, the iPhone and iPod Touch 1G would have had folders and multitasking officially a long time ago.

exactly

The version with MMS isn't available and I don't think that it will.
I can tell you what packages to get from cydia if you wish to enable MMS on the version of Whited00r that is available now.

Quick Question:
What would happen if someone were to restore an iPhone 2g to Apple's original 4.2.1 firmware, the one provided on Whited00r presumably for the iPhone 3g iPod touch 2g? I can't tell as there are no labels for the firmware under Apple's Original.
