Never mind I see it says (N.A.) Meaning not available I am guessing..

Add the Smart-Mobile repo and under that source you will find a package to activate MMS. If you are on T-mobile there is another package that you have to get.
Use this for the version of Whited00r 4.2 that doesn't have MMS.

Add the repo smart-mobile.com/cydia
Install Activate MMS for iPhone 2g from Cydia.
You can also get Activate Video MMS from this same source.
If you are on T-mobile like me add the pushfix repo (you might have to google it I don't know it right now off of my head)
Under the pushfix source add the package named something like T-mobile USA MMS fix if you do not have the camera icon in the Messages app, in Photos app, Voice Memos, etc.
Let me know if you are confused or if you need any more help.

I don't think it was ever released but there are various tutorials on the forum to help you with this.

You should just updated to WD v4.3.1 (MUCH Faster/better) but here it is anyway...
