I can't manage to get iPhoneShop working with my Mac, so I can't extract Artwork... :/

I've got it all extracted just fine... it just won't inject properly. It always says the files are invalid. Most likely because of the file size, or image size. (in pixels)

I finally took the plunge to get whited00r 5.1.  I have yet to figure out how to do all this mess just to get back a SIMPLE feature (the regular app store).  I hate the 3store.  I click an app, click to download it and then it tells me I need to sign up for something.  You're kidding me right?  No thanks.

It's called "OldStore". Add the repo "cydia.ragingninja.bplaced.net" or "www.repod00r.com"

You can't yet. Did your tried this with iPhoneShop 3.0?

Yes. That's what I've been using, but you even with the correct file sizes, it says the PNG's are invalid. I know it's possible, because I've done it before. But I think the toggles may need to be compressed even more.

I would recommend restoring to iOS 3.1.2, then back to 3.1.3, then to WD v5.1.
