My phone has been unbelievably fast lately.  When I removed circuitous and switched to darlo's multitasker and installed backgrounder, it got even faster O_o somehow

Lol, I had the strangest bug downgrading from 1.0.4-2 to -1.  I deleted all the folder apps, then uninstalled folders.  I installed the -1 through the debian and when I resprung my apps were all gone except for the first page and iFile.  Three resprings later they magically returned, and all is well ^^

Well what is the difference between regular SBSettings and WD version?

I somehow have the Cydia Activator and my Firmware still runs great.  What exactly is the WD sbsettings though?  Just toggles?

Yea, but what's worse than the 5 MB of RAM is also the processor has to work harder to keep Winterboard running :(  I even have wallpaper disabled lol.  Too bad Matt didn't make sysctl -w hw.cpufrequency a writable command, then we could try overclocking!

Well winterboard uses like 4-9+ MB of RAM depending on the themes.  The only upside to Winterboard is that it makes theming the Other.artwork file feasibly possible.  The only other way is with iPhone Shop but the last development for that was 3.0 so it doesn't include all 3.1.3 UI files and even when you try to remake the new artwork half of the images look screwed up and the transparency is thrown to the dogs. lol.  Yes, Winterboard destroys your iPhone speed!  On a 3GS, i'm not so sure though?

In theory, wouldn't wintersled still have the potential to cause some slow-down because if icons/image files/UI the phone has to load are a larger size than the original, the phone would have more RAM used up by these images in cache? :O

Well, I removed those top three, since I do use Push Notifications.  At this point though, I can't notice much more speed since it's already so fast. lol.

Which ones would you recommend deleting?  I had even more deleted in the past, but I feared some of the unknowns like nmbd and smbd were doing something useful.  I hear graphicsservices controls album art, but deleting doesn't break the Art so it must be doing something else.  Admin Lite, i'm iffy on, it is nice to have a frozen app auto-killed ^^ .
