The other program that was like Cydia called "Rock" was much quicker, but it also cut corners, and in the end was closed down.  Icy used to be something that worked, but really, no one has made anything decent to replace Cydia on 3.1.3 that has all the feature set that is needed.

Correction, Cydia bought Rock.

And wasn't Icy related to RiPDev's Installer.app?

Here's something to try… Move to where you have Wi-Fi issues, and in the Wi-Fi settings press "Other…".

Then enter your Wi-Fi name (or SSID) and password, if you're using one (you should be).

Click "Profile" on the top bar.


Then, "Modify Profile > Look and Layout"


There should be the option to change the Time offset, as well as an auto-detection option.

did you forget to change settings background ,it is in shared.artwork and dont forget to delete padlock on lockscreen...i think it is in shared-iphone.artwork too.this is the popups images of ios 6 ,change it too!
