Just out of interest, why does it revert to a square knob when animated? - Is there a separate set of images?

Redd00r - Archive / Siri Theme for "Voice Actions"
« on: October 15, 2011, 05:20:10 AM »
This is just a simple theme that changes the default speakerphone to the siri icon like this -

Download the attachment.

put the extracted images inside the Voice Actions.app (/User/Applications/[random numbers e.g. 123438-9424734] or Voice Actions if using iFile]/Voice Actions.app/)

Need help?  just ask

Btw- voice actions is an app from the app store :)

EDIT:  Reupload the zip file + included the original photoshop file, can't remember if i did last time?

If we could at least have some version for ios4 that would be good, some people need ios4 apps (deb?) I know that speed

Matteo just announced (In the past day or so) redd00r will be for 3rd gen devices and newer. (iOS 4.x + ONLY)
I believe you mean 2nd gen devices :P

Sick, that's exactly what I wanted - maybe he read my poll :P

If we could at least have some version for ios4 that would be good, some people need ios4 apps (deb?) I know that speed is important. We should use 4.2.1 fastest, remove dameons, run wdspeedup and make a syspeed fror ios4.On my ipt2g I've used 4.2.1 with wallpaoper and multitasking enabled, all subastrates off and Dameon removed and U get aboiit 53 mb of ran and runs smooth.

Same here, I have my iPT2G in an apple peel 520, the other day my friend was using it and he thought it was an iPhone 4 :)  Didn't even notice a speed lag :)

all i wanted was to know was if whited00r would release an iOS 4-based version of WD 5, and if it was in consideration, i wanted to know if there are others out there (like me) with a second generation device that wanted the features of wd 5 without losing our native folder and multitasking etc.

i thought whited00r 5 could be to the 3rd gens', what whited00r 4 was to the 2nd gens' - the next version of the iOS software on the device's latest compatible software

I fully understand where people come from when they say that Whited00r 5 should be iPhone OS 3 based, but who are we kidding?  Everyone knows that a copy can never really be as good as the original - and this IS (I'm sorry) the case with Whited00r 4 - It is a VERY good attempt at copying the looks and features of the newer software.  I understand where people come from - I myself have an iPod Touch 2G and am very happy with it, - but making iOS 5 out of iPhone OS 3 to be honest is not going to work well.  There are only really 2 reasons why it would be based off iPhone OS 3-

1.  Support for older devices - seriously, for the guys who still have a 1st generation iPod Touch or iPhone, it's probably time to move on.  At the moment in Australia, you can pick up a 2nd generation iPod Touch for around $50 so if you really want the next version of Whited00r then maybe you'd consider it worth that money.

2. Speed.  Many tests showed that Whited00r 4 outperformed the real thing on older devices, but to get proper features of iOS 5 onto a software version made 3 years before will require so many 'mobile substrate' daemons that the speed we once loved will be gone anyway.

Please don't get angry, this is just an opinion, but to all those people out there rocking a iPT2g or an iPhone 3G - ROCK ON!!! and leave your vote in this poll

Thanks.

you should get in touch with the developer of "Homescreen Settings" - he was able to put settings toggles inside a folder.  Maybe it would be possible to put newsstand inside a folder after all?
