You are annoying saying that, the devs are BUSY ! And they have a life beside Whited00r, too.
If you can't understand that, just leave this forum. Next time I see a post like this one, I report it.

This is a known bug when enabling these unlock and home animations. It is recommended not to enable them.
I hope this will be fixed in a future version of Whited00r...

Oh Thank You! I checked the seriel number and it was a 3g! Thats why!

Like Chris M. said, you should try installing Grayd00r, which is kinda the same but with iOS 5 !

There are 3 files that changes the status bar :
\System\Library\CoreServices\SpringBoard.app\FSO_BG.png
\System\Library\CoreServices\SpringBoard.app\FST_BG.png
\System\Library\CoreServices\SpringBoard.app\Phone_BG.png
I don't know which state of the status bar they change, but here you go !
They're all 3 transparent in the iOS 9 theme, so you have to find it by yourself

The main page hasn't been updated since Whited00r 7 (not 7.1), that's why they show a cool iOS 7 style notification.
When iOS 7 first came out, push notifications used to work...

You said your iPod Touch 2G was on iOS 5, which is impossible. Is it REALLY an iPod Touch 2G ? Or an iPod Touch 3G ?

If it's possible to put a homescreen wallpaper on iOS 3 which hasn't this, it's possible in lockscreen.

Nah, you don't understand. The lockscreen wallpaper doesn't show if the device is charging, and it's the case for every iOS before iOS 7.
There maybe a tweak for that tough...
