My question is...Can I intsall the redd00r custom Firmware overwrite to original 4.2.1 firmware on my iphone 3G?

No, it is a firmware a user made just so that people can have a fast iOS 4 on their device. It is really cool actually and I advise you to try it out.

has pre-installed programs; what are they;
