fresh install..... and it happens every time I exit from ATM, does not matter if i'm installing an app or not.

Everytime i exit out from ATM it freezes and then it rearranging my apps.... is there a fix?

App time machine is not working for me for some apps, i really do not want to reinstall Whitedoor.  Can someone upload the ipa. Thanks
