Title: [How To] Upgrade from Whited00r 6 to Whited00r 7

Download the firmware from here:
Installation | How to upgrade to Whited00r 7 (http://www.whited00r.com/installation?lang=en&install=1)
Keep the window for the tutorial it gives you up, and you probably don't actually need the download links for redsn0w below, just there for reference.  Redsn0w is included in the .zip that is downloaded for whited00r 7 :)

Upgrading while preserving data
If you wish to upgrade to whited00r 7 while preserving the data from whited00r 6, you need to follow this tutorial to manually back up your data:
[Tutorial] Backup Apps & Data BEFORE Upgrading iOS Firmware WD 6 3.1.3 4.1 4.2.1 (http://www.whited00r.com/forum/index.php/topic,7731.0.html)

Also do a safety backup in iTunes just in case you miss something, because you can extract data from it if needed.
Then follow the installation instructions using Redsn0w 0.9.14b2 for Mac (http://www.whited00r.com/tools/redsn0w_mac_0.9.14b2.zip) or for Windows (http://www.whited00r.com/tools/redsn0w_win_0.9.14b2.zip) as needed.

You will need to enter PWNED DFU mode using redsn0w (the version linked just there).  Any other versions are tested and are not reliable enough on these older device to work every time for everyone.  This can be found under "Extras" with the option of "PWNED DFU". It will then walk you through the needed steps to enter PWNED DFU mode.

After you restore, do not restore from a backup to get your data back. Manually put it back in using the tutorial linked above. We will not ever provide support if you do not set up as a new device as it causes many bugs which cannot be solved and will just waste your time and ours.

Upgrading without preserving data

Just download Redsn0w 0.9.14b2 for Mac (http://www.whited00r.com/tools/redsn0w_mac_0.9.14b2.zip) or for Windows (http://www.whited00r.com/tools/redsn0w_win_0.9.14b2.zip) as needed.
Then follow the instructions from where you downloaded on what to do next ;)

It's exactly how the tutorial page bundled in the .zip you have says, except if you need to back up your data first :)  We would prefer you use that, and report any errors in that along the way so we can improve it as needed until it's 100% perfect :)

Then just use a DFU .ipsw to enter DFU mode for any of the steps it asks you to be in DFU mode for ;)  Redsn0w -> Extras -> Even More -> DFU IPSW.  Give it the stock iOS firmware for your device when it asks for one, not the whited00r firmware ;)
