Yeah.. i faced that error many times before, restoring to original 3.1.2 then jailbreaking via blackra1n solved the prob.

Tried that many times before with debs like Safari Download Manager, WiFi Sync and QuickLock v1.0-2 that's originally for 4.0+ but works fine with 3.1.3 especially when you remove the dependencies line from status file otherwise when you ignore upgrading of any .deb both of them make the .deb totally invisible in Cydia's upgrade or remove screen.

Very useful feedback mate.

Thanks S4dor i said exactly how to change current b.t and revert back to the original one [Unistalling], it doesn't need creating any .deb(s) ~ Anyway i appreciate that.

I would like to get to know if the application Wi-Fi Sync is compatible with iTunes 11.1.1?

As Brian said it's not compatible.. sometimes. I've tested it before, it gave me many errors while syncing by both iTools and iTunes.
Sometimes success rate is 100% and sometimes 0% while syncing due to many errors you get.

Do you think that deleting some of pre-installed apps gonna give you more space?!
Even if it gonna give you more space, sometimes it gonna make you restore if you failed to get the deleted app(s) again. ~ Don't repeat it.

Or you can jailbreak it with blackra1n if it's not jailbroken then restore to WD.

1] Download & extract .rar archive below by WinRAR, 7zip..etc

2] From iFunBox, iPhoneBrowser or iTools navigate to /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app

3] Backup or rename BatteryBG_1 till BatteryBG_17

4] Copy the 17 files for any theme you want to apply into the same path

5] Respring ~

That's because newer iOS now automatically includes emoji in the system. And doesn't require you to activate from apps

Tried them before on WhatsApp, Viber also. Btw Apple started to kick out emoji Apps from the AppStore especially for older devices.
