Troubleshooting - iPhone & iPod Touch 1G/2G/3G, Unlock & Jailbreak Problems & Issues / Web Browser, App store, iTunes, and Mail apps not working

None of them load. I am using iOS 4.2.1 (because youtube wouldn't work otherwise).

App Store and iTunes:
Blank screens and "Could not connect to iTunes/App Store" error
My date and time settings are correct.
I've tried resetting network connections.
I've logged out of my apple account and logged back in.
Still nothing.

Mail:
"Cannot Get Mail" error when trying to set up account.

Safari:
Whenever I try to log into to Google, It tells me that I have cookies turned on and to turn them off to log back in.
I've reset all safari settings.
I've tried to use different browsers but nothing works.

I am completely stumped :/
I don't know why this is happening.

Hi guys. I would like to disable the blurring of the dock in WD 7.1 (I have an awesome wallpaper  ). I've tried using the pre-set option to make the dock invisible in WinterBoard, but it just reverts back to being blurred after a few seconds. Is there a way to disable the dock blur?

P.S:
 I have iFile, so I can use that if need be.

I re installed WD 7.1 and after starting from scratch, (not from backup), it was fine!
I can now apply settings, but the only thing found in repod00r is the Override Spotlight Daemon. Is that normal?

Thanks for responding so quickly
(sorry for being so vague).
What I meant about the settings hanging is that when I try to apply changes in the Whited00r settings, it stays there forever (by the way I'm using Whited00r 7.1). According to other posts, to fix this you need to download the WD Patch V3 from Repod00r, but the repository is empty on my device. Ive seen the other post on that, but it did not seem solved. How can I stop the WD settings from hanging, and get back Repod00r?

I saw the other topic on this error, but that solution didn't work for me.
I'm trying to fix the settings hangover in WD 7.1, but there is no place for me to get the patch.
How can I fix this?
