Does anybody have an idea on how to do a hard reset with a broken power button ? ???

You can't, as it is a hardware function.
You could do a reboot instead, depending on the situation though.

To reboot, open up terminal and type in line by line tapping return after each line:
Code: [Select]
su
alpine
reboot

Well I think there is a difference between  hard reset and reboot (because some of my problems get solved if I do a hard reset but reboot dosent do anything )

Not sure for doing a hard reset then, I am pretty sure it is really just a hardware thing that happens, not a software thing :(  There is no command I know of in terminal that would do the same thing.

You could try the "halt" command instead of reboot, but it still goes through the same shutdown process :(
