the iPT 2G has a 532 mHz processor so it should handle iOS 4.x fine :O

Yes @Alavi. My friend has an iPod Touch 2G Running on iOS 4.2.1 (STOCK)

He has 230+ apps so it REALLY lags his iDevice. BUT..... it runs... OKAY. IF he would get rid of about 125 apps he would be doing 100% better.
