Wrong forum section, it's not a hardware issue ;)  (I'll move it, don't worry)

Anyways, this has very simple solutions, and the issue with the 16xx error even when using iReb is documented here:
iTunes 16xx error even when using iReb - READ THIS

For the 1015 error, what firmware are you trying to restore to and from what firmware?  Do you know what the baseband was on the firmware you are restoring from?  (Can't check when in DFU/recovery mode).

i was restoring it on a custom 3.1.3 (customize via snowbreeze) my baseband is the ipad baseband.. my plan is after restoring to custom 3.1.3 i will restore it to the whited00r 6 unlocked firmware..

when i was using the redsnow, i followed the steps on how to dfu the device but it says the it has a usb communication problem so that i try it again using another cable.. but still it comes up with that usb communication error and error 1600 problem when restoring it via itunes..

iPad baseband won't work for whited00r unlocked :( You need to downgrade the baseband while on 4.2.1 via redsn0w.

Aside from that, have you checked the data port on the device to see if it has any missing/broken/corroded connectors?

i have downloaded a lower version of itunes, itunes 10.7 for 64bit windows... it still says that it has error 1600..

i tried different cable to be connected to an iphone connector..

my baseband was 6.15.00

As I said, until you can enter PWNED DFU mode using iReb or Redsn0w, you will keep getting the 1600 error :(  That being said, you could downgrade to 3.1.2, jailbreak it with bl4ckra1n, and then restore to whited00r.

After entering DFU mode you shall use iReb r6 to enter PWND DFU to get rid of this error...
ERROR 404 - not found :P

He means PWNED DFU not just DFU...

I said PWNED DFU mode? O.o

Also, depending on the iTunes version (11.05+ breaks iReb), he may need to use Redsn0w instead.

However, even just entering DFU mode won't fix the 1600 error, he needs PWNED DFU mode.

i used ireb and just entered the pwned dfu mode as the ireb says and still i get this 1600

my itunes version was 11.0.3.42 for 64bit windows..

when i was using the redsnow when i followed the dfu mode instruction given there it says that it has a "USB COMMUNICATION ERROR" I've tried changing cables and still i get that error from redsnow.. but when i just make it to the pwned dfu mode itself the redsnow says it's in the wtf mode?

Have you checked the data port of the iPhone?  See if there are any broken/corroded/missing connectors, or any lint or anything in there.  The USB communication error is caught by redsn0w because it uses a different method to enter PWNED DFU mode.  (Guessing about that, but it seems iReb says it works when it hasn't and instead has put you in WTF mode).

You should always use PWNED DFU mode when restoring to a custom firmware.  (Using the Redsn0w version linked above, if using iTunes 11.05+).

It's also possible you have some other program messing with the connection on your computer, like a firewall/antivirus program.  Try disabling anything like that and trying PWNED DFU mode again with Redsn0w.
