iTunes Error 16xx with iPhone 3G and Whited00r 7 even in PWNED DFU mode

Hello guys
I have a problem with my iphone 3g and Whited00r 7.
I followed the correct procedure and used iReb or redsnow to spend the iPhone PWNED DFU, but when restoring I get an error 1600 or 1604. I tried with several USB cables, but it changes nothing.

What version of iTunes do you have, and what version of redsn0w did you try with?

My iTunes version is: 12.1.3.23
My Redsn0w version is: 0.9.14b2 (when i start redsn0w i have this message: http://prntscr.com/9d9121 and when i try to go in PWNED DFU, it said to me "unable to dectect you device"
I also tried with iReb7 (and its working) but after i have the error 16xx.

iReb won't work for any version of iTunes above 11.05, and for the older devices you need iReb v5 or v6. However, that redsn0w error shouldn't matter to you as your device doesn't use the A5 CPU.

You could try Redsn0w 0.9.4 instead of 0.9.14b2 to see if that helps.
