How to Create a Repo That Accepts Payments?

Does anyone know how one could make a repo accept payments like modmyi and bigboss? or are those the only ones that can ever do that?

You do realize this thread is over two years old right? 
I would not advise using myrepospace, just on principle.  Very odd to manage, and they change all the package identifiers last time I checked.
