You do realize the zoom would be so horribly pixilated there is no point right? These devices already only have 1.2mp to 3mp cameras as far as I know.
Even zooming on an 8mp camera gets pretty nasty...

We want to make the music app look good first, and fix the graphical bugs it currently has.

Many things are possible, it is just a matter of time available and resources available.

If you want to see a notification center is easy, get lockinfo cydia tweak, google search an ios 3 version of it.

I think mit0 has it?  http://cydia.myrepospace.com/Mit0/  thats the cydia source

A nice idea would be to have an app time machine service page (full of information on upcoming downtime or any issues that are being resolved) like the one microsoft have for xbox live here

Should implement this as default

http://www.whited00r.com/forum/index.php/topic,10662.0.html

That is actually partially included in whited00r where it worked well for other elements of changes made, and he also helped with some extra graphic work too :)

Changes to backgrounder instead of holding down the home button so it stays open it just keeps the last 3 apps open unless if you close it in app switcher. With this you should be able to have Siri and backgrounder on at the same time and it will be more iOS 7 like.

Except some people would want to do the manual backgrounding/quitting of backgrounding apps, and it really isn't that good for speed. Certain apps you really wouldn't want to run in the background at all and so on :(  Also, backgrounder does not provide options to do that, and even as is the iOS 7 App Switcher (which we can change the code for), does not support backgrounder.  (the only way we could quit out of every app aside from the last 3)

Alright how about instead of holding the home button you swipe up in control center and where "air drop" is could be backgrounding on ( or off )
And the ATM should always be open so you can down lose apps while not being in the app

Backgrounding the App Time Machine could cause issues....  Which is why they don't allow it. Same reason you cannot background Cydia I think (causes issues, although maybe for slightly different reasons actually?).

Not sure about the backgrounding, it really is a niche thing and is not good for performance :(  It would require more fiddling around with the settings and checking the states of what is enabled and disabled and so on, and would slow down the control center because it would have to tell if it can use the backgrounding button in the app or not and thus show and hide it based on the app that is open.  Yes, it is possible, we already have methods of checking the app that is open and executing certain code based on that (coloring of the UI tweak in clock, calendar and music)....  Again though, it would slow down the opening and closing :(

first remove all bug of WD7.1

That would take a long time, they don't have that much time, people are demanding for new ios so they have to keep up with demands (I think)
