The not working via Cydia respring could be something interesting, maybe it does it slightly differently, sort of how SBSettings resprings the device bypassing the lockscreen (where all the code preferences load up).

If was activator we think if you removed that.... Don't mark it as solved yet though...

I don't think it was Activator.
Control Center broke -> install/remove SBSettings -> fiddle around -> install NoSpot -> CC works again.

I had both SBSettings and CC working before I removed SBSettings for the last time.

It could have been SBSettings doing something weird, because I think they both hook the status bar (in control center to keep it on top of everything else).
However when removed I don't know what would cause it :o  Could just be that the license code was loading too slow on reboot, which is being changed how it works anyway so it loads quicker and doesn't fail if it doesn't work the first time around (well, it will fail, but eventually it would work after a minute maybe when the license code kicked in).
