Could anyone send me a syslog of a crash with v1.1? It would really help me debug.

Whenever I add "syslog" from cydia it says stuff like "package installed but cannot configure". (The same thing that happens when I install iPhone VM 2)

First problem.  VM f**king sucks, and stop installing it -__- you're just slowing your phone down for no reason.  try

sudo dpkg --configure -a

or

su
rootpass
dpkg --configure -a
