compatability with Dual XGPS251
« on: April 10, 2013, 05:34:59 PM »
Hi,
I just installed whited00r on my Ipod touch 2g. It works fine until I plugged in my Dual XGPS251 receiver which works on my old IOS4.2.1 system. My ipod just can't recognize this receiver any more.. Is this some compatibility issue? Does anyone else have similar experience? Thanks..

Welcome to the forums :)

Try enabling everything via the setup script in terminal, it may have been one of those options you disabled :)  (I know there are daemons that handle that sort of thing, I just don't remember if any of the options disable them).

It could be the lower firmware though, that is something to keep in mind though, if the troubleshooting doesn't solve it.
