How To's - Archive / Restore to iOS 4.2.1
« on: March 24, 2011, 06:28:32 PM »
I have been running whited00r 4.3 full on my iPhone 3g for a while now and really like it.  However, I get bored quickly and wanted to restore my device to iOS 4.2.1 to play around with a few things.  But I keep getting "error 1611" each time.  I have tried putting the phone in DFU and using iREB.  Still no luck.  Has anyone else experienced this or have a solution for this?  Thank you and I look forward to reading any responses.

Archives / Re: REPO & CYDIA IS UP
« on: March 22, 2011, 03:12:38 AM »
Hola. I am running whited00r v4.3 full on an iPhone 3g.  So far everything has been running smoothly.  Aside from the "iOS4 only" thing, my phone has never been happier.  Only one thing; the whited00r repo disappeared from cydia.  So I came here and found out the repo path "http://whited00r.com/repo" and added it to my sources.  After this cydia would crash at start up.  I tried a respring and a full reboot.  Still cydia wouldn't load and crashed within seconds of opening.  After manually removing the whited00r.com repo from the list via ssh everything worked fine again.  Have I missed something or is there an updated repo I should be using?
